This executive studio apartment is located on the 5th floor in a building with an elevator, and can accommodate 2 guests with a deluxe sofabed in the living area. The apartment has been completely renovated and is clean and bright, equipped for any traveler to feel at home, whether traveling for work or pleasure!

The eat-in kitchen with bar area is equipped with everything including a refrigerator, stovetop and microwave oven. As with all our apartments, it is equipped with bed linens, towels, kitchen utensils/plates and bathroom supplies, like a hair dryer. The bathroom features a large shower stall, as well as a clothes washer/dryer.

This apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the fantastic and enormous twice-per-week market on Boulevard Richard Lenoir, where you’ll find market stalls selling fresh produce, selling cheese, breads, meat, fish as well as clothing, kitchen items and much more!

You also have modern supermarkets nearby for all the basics. The apartment is a quick walk from Place de Voges and the Marais neighborhood, with lively cafes, restaurants and shops to enjoy, as well as the Carnavalet Museum and Picasso Museum.
