The surrounding neighbourhood of El Carmen is known for its outstanding nightlife, wine & tapas bars, as well as great restaurants – everything you need is at your doorstep.

The apartment is a stone’s throw from the popular Plaza Tossal and a short walk to some of the city’s most famous attractions, St. Nichola’s Church, Central Market & Plaza de la Virgen. “Barrio Del Carmen” is very good for nightlife, bars, restaurants and nightclubs. The modern furniture combines well with the spacious layout and the exposed wooden beams in the high ceiling to create a unique Valencian character. Baja Flat has one big bedroom with balcony, a large bathroom with bathtub and a large open-plan kitchen plus living room which gives way to another balcony. The apartment may comfortably accommodate 4 people – two in the bedroom and two more on the sofa bed in the living room. The small table with two chairs on the balcony allows al fresco dining while giving wonderful views towards Plaza San Jaime and Plaza del Tossal.
