Basic and decent apartment at a lovely location in the area of Barceloneta, just off the Paseo Joan de Borbon. Ideal for students sharing home. Apartment is situated near the beaches of Barcelona, only 5 minutes walk. Futhermore the apartment is located in an area with lots of restaurants and this all next to the enchanting old port of Barcelona, Port Vell. The apartment is comfortable and ideally fits couples, professionals or students living together There are 3 bedrooms in the apartment.

The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and is located on the backside of the apartment. On the front side of the apartment you will find another bedroom with two single beds. The third bedroom is located in the hallway that connects the kitchen and bathroom, located on the backside, with the rest of the apartment. This one is rather small. There is a TV in the apartment and through the wireless (WIFI) internet connection you can stay in touch with your friends and family at home.

The Barceloneta neighbourhood tends to offer small apartments only that makes this accommodation an exception to the rule. The 70 square meters the apartment has is quite unique. Anything larger is very hard (if not impossible) to find in this area that consists mainly of old fisherman’s places. In this building there is an elevator. Note that it is only available for monthly rentals, longer than 31 nights.

Please take into account that the price excludes supplies. The supplies are approximately 150 – 250 eur per month (gas, water, electricity and internet). It will be charged separately.
