This quiet street, where you find a small post office and a local restaurant, is close to the lively Strada Nuova, the main street linking Rialto area to the railway station, offering plenty of shops, groceries, restaurants and water-bus stops. The majestic Gesuiti church, with its impressive interiors, is a must to visit in the neighbourhood, as well as the unique Miracoli church (one of the few Venetian Renaissance examples) and the magnificent SS Giovanni e Paolo church and square, where it’s such a pleasure to stop for a coffee or a spritz, in one of the open-air cafés.
