Giudecca island is the ideal place if you wish to enjoy Venice and leaving tourists’ crowds aside. A lovely corner, with amazing sights on Venice itself and the lagoon, nice and sunny strolls where you can enjoy seeing authentic Venetian-style campos and gardens and new, modern, restyled buildings. Giudecca has also become a new cultural centre in town: many design firms, photograpers and artists chose to place their studios there and several exhibitions are taking place in restored palaces like Casa dei Tre Oci or renewed industrial lofts like spazio Punch. No to forget, of course, beautiful churches to visit like Zitelle and Redentore, where the great feast is located each year. You can’t miss being on the Giudecca for the Redentore night, and enjoying the sight of the row of dining tables on the quay, under the lanterns, and of course the fireworks!

This modern, huge and stylish loft is 200 sqm in surface and can comfortably sleep 4 people; it’s ideal for 2 couples. It’s located on the 2nd floor of a recently renovated building: a former brewery, typical example of early XX century industrial architecture, which has been turned into residential lofts and art galleries. A very interesting piece of architecture. You initially enter the apartment through a narrow entrance room, but as soon as you pass the corridor you will be welcomed by the huge and full height living room, opening onto the terrace. This room is extremely spacious, sunny and cosy: you will find comfortable sofas, beautiful pieces of modern and Oriental art, a flat-screen tv, a spacious dining table and a fully equipped kitchenette. You will find everything you need to cook a special meal, the kitchen offers plenty of kitchenware and accessories. The first bedroom, with a queen bed is part of the open-space room, and you can separate it from the living room using a screen. The first bathroom, with shower, is on the same level. The staircase at the entrance leads you up to the mezzanine, where a second double room (with a queen bed), a bahtroom with shower and a walk-in closet are in place.
