For lovers Shopping and restaurants: It is a lively area This apartment is located on the second floor of a beautiful building dating from 1900 with lift, surveillance cameras and concierge. An small hall at the entrance separate the living and kitchen area from the Bedrooms.

The living has a double sofa with a TV PLASMA. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. On the other side of the hall is the sleeping area, with two renovated bedrooms overlooking the inner courtyard. The master bedroom has a small desk, a comfortable bed and a private bathroom. The other bedroom, smaller, decorated in a modern style, also with a small desk, an a double bed .

Damage deposit: For rent less than 25 night A security deposit of EUR 250 ( we only accept credit card) is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation Check in / Check out Pls.

Remember that you must do the check in/ check out in our office NEXT TO CENTRAL STATION) Business hours: 9 to 18.30 – An extra charge: 30 Euro, will apply during when the office is closed.
