“El Pintor” is a small and familiar establishment, just in the middle between the Born quarters and Barceloneta in the Old Town of Barcelona. Two refurbished and tastefully furnished apartments Pintor 3 and Pintor 4 with a fantastic and lovely roof terrace.

Each apartment has hand made painting inspired by the famous Catalan painter Joan Miró. The apartments are furnished in personal style, with original furnitures from the 60’s and 70’s, light living rooms with sofa beds, the bedrooms with double bed or two single beds that can be converted into a double bed, bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchen.

“El Pintor” is perfect to accommodate a couple of friends, several families or groups. The establishment has a total capacity of 18 beds, among these 6 sleep in extra bed (sofa bed). The roof terrace of El Pintor is available for all the guests, there is also a laundry for the guests. Big living room with kitchen (open solution). 3 bedrooms, one with double bed and two with two single beds (can be converted into a double bed).

Complete and totally equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms with shower (hidromassage). TV, iron, hair dryer, CD/radio, air conditioning, etc. The Area The apartments are located in a calm and a little bit separated area of the nice Born Quarters and Barceloneta. The area is quite, very near the culture attractions, the night life, the restaurants and the beach.

With other words, walking distance without being in the middle of it all. With a lovely, big blue wall painting, inspired by the Catalan famous painter Joan Miró, and furnished with furniture from the 60’s and 70’s, this apartment is a real beauty! The apartment has a lot of light from the big balcony door.
