Metro station stop “Ponte Lungo” is only 100 meters away and it allows you to easily reach all the main tourist spots in few metro rides. It is bright and 40 mq2 wide (about 430 sq2), it is located on the seventh (7°) floor in a modern building with elevator. It can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people. The apartment is composed of: entrance hall with hidden closet. Fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs these are separated from the sleeping area. Sleeping area with a double bed with orthopaedic mattress, a large wardrobe and TV. A newly renovated bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Elevator, air conditioning in the whole apartment, central heating, sheets, blankets and towels, unlimited wi-fi internet access, unlimited Italian phone calls, washing machine, TV with DVD player and its library, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, American and Espresso coffee machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner. Arrival by car: Free parkings are available on the streets around the apartment inside the white lines. Pay-per-hour parkings are available on the streets around the apartment inside the blue lines. Blue parkings are free during week-ends and after 7/8pm. Please refer to the signs on the street about timing.

Pastine (famous for its low cost flights) In 30 km – Fiumicino Leonardo Da Vinci Airport (directly connected by train to Tuscolana Station) Upon request we can arrange private transfers from and to the airports for a very reasonable price. ARRIVAL BY CAR: The apartment is located OUTSIDE the ZTL area (Limited Traffic Zone) so you can easily park your car in the streets around the apartment where you will find free parkings (inside the white lines) and metered parking inside the blue lines (fee is €1,50 per hour during the day).
