AT ENJOYAPARTMENTS YOU WILL:

• Do on-site apartment check-ins (in person) at the agreed times with our guests
• Responding to requests, troubleshooting and managing other daily activities in our guest relations while maintaining EnjoyApartments’s service standards.
• Guiding guests through the EnjoyApartments experience, making sure they have a fantastic first impression
• Resolve minor technology and maintenance issues (e.g., access tools, wifi connectivity, upholstery stain removal, light bulb replacement, etc…)
• Perform cleaning quality audits and inventory checks on our units to ensure that service standards are consistently met and feedback is relayed in a timely manner to our suppliers
• Assist with inventory tasks such as preparing kits for check-in, receiving deliveries, and monitoring linen and consumable usage
• Maintain and organize workspaces including office, storage and other spaces as needed
• Assist the operational team as needed
