Twenty-one years ago was the first edition of Primavera Sound. The mission was to build a big, international event with a lot of different music and a unique character. From its first steps as a one-day event in the Poble Espanyol to its current status as a global event that turns the Parc del Fòrum into the capital of music for five days, it has been the musical chronicler of its time and place with inimitable lineups. Names like Asap Rocky, Kendrick Lamar, Lorde and J Balvin have marked the history of this festival in recent editions.

Primavera Sound exists, but there is also Primavera Pro. This is an international meeting for professionals in the music industry that has become a reference for the sector since the first edition. During this meeting they will have talks, conferences and concerts.  Next to that there is NOS Primavera Sound. This is the same festival but placed in Porto, Portugal. This festival takes place a week after the festival in Barcelona. The name of this festival became an important event in the European circuit.

Primavera is not only about outdoor festivals. It also has its inside, like Primavera Club. This is the autumn version of the summer festival that spreads to the venues of Barcelona and Madrid.
