Tips and Tricks to make your stay good as possible while in Ibiza

If you are planning a holiday to Ibiza, you might need our advice! We help you prepare your holiday as well as possible with our tips and tricks. We will explain everything so you can get the most out of your holiday in Ibiza!

Climate

Ibiza, also known as summer island. Warm temperatures in the summer and cooler nights in most months. So do not forget your sunglasses, bikini & sunscreen! But if you are in Ibiza in September or October the weather can be mild, so we suggest you take a pair of sneakers instead of flip flops. If you forgot one of those things, don’t worry because there are plenty of shops where you can buy them.

Beaches

Ibiza and its beaches, that is what it is known for. If you are looking for smaller beaches make sure it starts with ´Cala´ , that indicates that the beach is smaller and you will be sure there are less tourists. Cala Bassa is a small beach where you will be surrounded with peace. But for the ones who love larger beaches we recommend Playa d’en Bossa. This beach is unspoiled and is perfect for a family holiday or a vacation with your friends!

Restaurants

Ibiza has a lot of popular restuarants. If you want to be sure to have a table in a restaurant with a sea view, do not forget to book before you are going to the restaurant. Especially if you want to go to El Bigotes, Can Pujol, Balàfia, Cas Pages, Cala d´Hort, Port Balanzat. In July & August it will be busier than normal.

The market is held on every sunday, only farmers and artists from Ibiza can participate with their own products. There is also live music on the Sunday market.

Sunset in Ibiza

I hope your best memory in Ibiza will be the incredible beautiful sunsets, which you are going to watch on the beach, over the hill, from your apartment with your balcony and swimming pool! Cala´d Hort is recording to us the place to be if you want to watch the best sunsets with all the colors and the great contrast. If you want to have the best view you have to walk down the cliffs that are located next to Cala´d Hort and ENJOY!

Formentera

If you visit Ibiza, do not forget to visit Formentera. Formentera is a small island next to Ibiza, it is known for its clear waters. It only takes 30 minutes by boat, so it’s a must to visit! Formentera

Nightlife

Ibiza is known for its beaches, the hot weather, but also for its amazing nightlife. But there are so many great clubs, to which one do you have to go? When? And where exactly? Well we are going to tell you!

  • If you wanna party at the best time you have to go in mid May, that is the marked party season of Ibiza. That is when all the companies organize their Opening Summer parties. Between September and October the last parties are held, so you have to come between mid May and September and October.
  • Sant Antonio the western coast of Ibiza is where the best sunsets and the amazing parties are.

Tips:

  • Ibiza is a very hot island, we recommend you to go outside in the afternoon. What you can do in the mornings is go shopping, Ibiza has a lot of shopping malls.
  • Most street markets are in the evenings so you can go to the beach in the afternoon. If you want to visit them, make sure to go there in the evening!
  • You can explore Ibiza the best by car,  so we recommend you to rent a car. When you have a car you can go for a road trip and discover hidden gems, local restaurants and empty beaches!
  • La Huerta is one of the food markets in Ibiza, it has live music, cocktails, comfy seating etc. It is really a must to visit!
